Canopy tour over a 200 foot ravine with a waterfall to your left. Horseback ride to a look out vista where you can see all the way to Nicaragua. Ride an atv over the working farm where you will stop to watch them produce cheese. Enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch. Rest and unwind in the natural thermal hot springs and mud baths. $165 per person Sport Fishing Half and full day fishing available. From $300 for a 1/2 (prices are dependent on the size of the boat). Catch marlin, dorado, wahoo, tuna, sailfish etc. The thrill of the big catch couldn’t be better than here in Costa Rica. Surf Trips Private guides are available to take you surfing where you would like to go. They’ll show you the best spots that the locals know and love. Scuba Several dive operators in the area offer superb diving off our shores. See mantas, turtles, fish and sometimes even whales. A favorite location is the Catalina Islands. $75 for a two tank dive $55 for a night dive. Snorkeling Snorkel the Pacific waters and discover the underwater world. Excursions will take you to places like Conchal Bay, Pirates Bay, Rabbit Beach, Capitan Island and Carbon Beach. $50 per person. Off Road Adventure Tour Enjoy the adrenaline rush of driving an off road 4 x 4 through various trails in the spectacular Tamarindo Mountains. Safe and easy to drive, the vehicles are equiped with automatic transmission, four point seatbelts and safety helmets. Horseback Riding Local guides are available to take you up in the hills and along the beach of Tamarindo. Experience the enchanting Costa Rican sunsets from the hilltops surrounding Tamarindo. $40 per person Canpoy Tours An adrenalin rush! Turtle Tours Nightly tours are available from mid October to early February. Watch giant leatherbacks in Playa Grande or the Olive Ridley turtles in Ostional National Park come ashore and lay their eggs. Leatherbacks $30 Olive Ridley $60 Estuary Tour The Tamarindo estuary is fed by the ocean and bordered by mangroves. A habitat for a great deal of wildlife and plants.
