Our surf lessons last two hours. During which, you will hit the beach for few minutes of “waveology” (the basics of how waves work). After this, your instructor will show you the basic forms for controlling your board, standing up, and most importantly safety. When you are ready, you will jump into the gentle learning waves of Tamarindo Bay. We pride ourselves in never having more than 2-3 students will ever work with 1 instructor allowing for individual attention. Unlike many other Surf Lessons in Tamarindo, all of our instructors are either International Surfing Association (ISA) or Federacion de Surf de Costa Rica (FSC) certified, providing a vast amount of experience in the education of surfing.
